1900 Lafayette Dollar. PCGS graded MS-65. Wonderful rainbow toning on both sides with silver-gray centers and deeper russet, gold and iridescent shades around the rims. The strike is typically sharp for this issue. which has long been regarded as one of the most difficult commemorative coins to find at this grade level or finer.
