1848. PCGS graded MS-63. Nicely toned with reflective fields. Only 15,000 struck making this the lowest mintage of the decade for Liberty Seated dollars, naturally collector demand has always been high for this date, and Mint State eamples are especially tough to locate. Here is an outstanding coin that offers a solid strike, attractive toning and all combined in the Choice grade awarded from PCGS. Destined for an advanced collection of this series, and one of key dates for all collectors to obtain. Pop 4; 3 finer, 2 in 64, 1 in 66. (PCGS # 6935) .
Estimated Value $8,000 - 9,000.

Realized $12,338
