1924-D. NGC graded MS-68. Fully white gem. One of the technically finest of this date and mint and completely unsurpassed for this elusive issue. The surfaces are virtually free of contact, and the strike is reasonably sharp, but not quite enough to make the full head designation. A condition rarity of the highest order and worthy of the most advanced Liberty Standing quarter collection. Pop 2; none finer at NGC.
