1918-S, 8 over 7. PCGS graded EF-45. Popular key date. Light golden toning over satiny silver surfaces. The overdate feature is sharp and clear, and the fields and devices show minimal evidence of handling. This is one of the scarcest of the 20th Century overdates that has been widely collected for generations and long included in the Standing Liberty quarter set. This piece would make a welcome addition to any colleciton to represent this prized issue (PCGS # 5726) .
