Group of 6 Counterfeit British Halfpennies with Mint Errors. Dates range from 1772 to 1775 and the grades range from Fair-2 to F12 with an average grade of VG7 to VG8. All have either a clipped planchet or were struck off center. Weights range from 100.8 to 124.0 grains. These were used in colonial America and are discussed on pages 65-66 in the "Redbook." Lot of 6 coins.
