1872 Half Dollar Octagonal Indian. Breen and Gillio-940, Rarity 4. PCGS graded MS-64. This variety features a medium Indian head with large stars, and large berries on wreath. Bright peach-gold color with a certain reflective nature to the fields. A peripheral die crack extends from the rim inward to star 4. Pop 26; 12 finer, 10 in 65, 1 in 65+, 1 in 66. (PCGS # 10798) .
