1988-89, FLOWN Shuttle orbiter nose gear tire segment. Excised from a tire used on STS-27 & STS-28 missions, piece measures 8.5"x2.25"x1" and is a construct of nylon canvas with twin beads of high strength steel bead wire by B.F. Goodrich. Also two small tire pieces included along with collateral material. Ken Havekotte COA.
