1797 S-120b R2 Reverse of 1796, Gripped Edge G4. Several points sharper but covered with fine granularity under slightly glossy olive and chocolate brown toning. No verdigris, and the only mark is a small rim nick right of the Y in LIBERTY. MDS, Breen state IV, with crumbling on top of the I in LIBERTY. The date and legends are complete and easily readable but not strong. The "Gripped Edge" feature is clear.
