1941. PCGS graded Proof 68. CAC Approved. Lovely hint of rainbow tone on both sides. Virtually perfect smooth fields distribute light in every direction form the surface reflection. In order to understand the near-perfect grade further, notice that the coin is struck with care only now and then found, and primarily on the few Proofs distributed to coin collectors; when it comes to the usual business strike softness at the centers, this carefully made Proof, on the contrary, received a full strike by the dies.
