1939. NGC graded MS-68. Wispy light obverse toning. A lovely, pristine Gem, there are no offending bagmarks or problems of any sort on either side. Since our observation is that this P-mint issue is almost always fully struck, then this sharp coin has every suggestion of precision manufacture as seen in Liberty, the eagle, and the various legends. Pop 19; 1 finer in 68 Star.
