Lot 365

1921-D. PCGS graded MS-67. CAC Approved. Lovely light blue toning on both sides. Stunning, simply stunning. Delicate toning highlights the pure satin frost on either side and boldly struck throughout. Examination with a 10X glass finds only the tiniest of ticks, and precious few of those. We can't imagine anyone finding fault with this spectacular coin, other than the well deserved strong price that it will bring! The Finest PCGS Certified example in the non-Full Bands classification. A classic rarity in gem condition that will always be the highlight of an advanced Mercury dime collection, just as its been a highlight in our consignor’s holdings before he allowed us to sell it for him. Pop 1; none finer at PCGS (PCGS # 4936) .
Estimated Value $6,000 - 6,500.
