Christopher Bechtler 5 DOLLARS CAROLINA, 140 gr. 20 carats. Plain edge. PCGS graded AU-53. A rare coin in high grade, this one has lovely gold toning with hints of copper mixed in and clean surfaces. There are a few minor rim marks above GOLD and there may be traces of undertype below ATS of CARATS. As always, examine the surfaces carefully to see if this is the coin for your collection.
