1877 Shield Nickel. PCGS graded Proof 65. One of the key dates to the Shield nickel series, this lovely gem 1877 in Proof will excite the date specialist. Enhanced by delicate nickel blue toning on both sides, and free of annoying specks or spots that often mar these. Only 510 struck, few of which remain this nice.
