Pre-Columbian Black Chavin Standing Effigy Pot, circa 100 B.C. At two feet tall (including stand), this black Chavin standing effigy pot is from the Gillyard Collection in Gainesville, Florida. Examples such as these are very rare. The anthropomorphic incisions include a round-eyed face and short arms at the chest. Height: 15". Metal display stand included. A very attractive piece.
