Pre-Columbian Chavin White Standing Pot, circa 100 B.C. The Chavin culture lived in modern-day Peru and had a distinctive art and culture. Thought to be a religious cult, they had specific pottery styles such as this effigy pot. With a bright white finish, this is a beautiful anthropomorphic figure holding a kero and an important artifact from a long extinguished culture. Height: 21".
