Kennedy, John F. and Robert F. Kennedy. First Day Cover inscribed and signed "Best Wishes--John Kennedy" by the President and "R. Kennedy" by the U.S. Attorney General. The FDC honors the International Court of Justice 1961, with circular cancellation from the United Nations, New York, Feb. 13, 1961 and four 4¢ postage stamps honoring the Court. Both JFK and RFK signed in black ink. Fine.
