Portrayed by Toulouse-Lautrec, Chéret, Rodin, etc. Passport signed twice, once on the photo and once at the bottom of the "Personal Description," 8½ x 3" (open). With an 1896 California Theatre program for a performance by Miss Fuller; cover features a printed portrait of her.
