Helen Keller Signed Photograph (1880-1968) Author, political activist, and lecturer who was deaf and blind. Albumen photograph inscribed and signed, "With the kind regards of Phiz and of his mistress. Helen Keller. April 1903," 5½ x 3¾" photo on 8½ x 6½" mount. A photo of a youthful Keller and her dog. Imprint of Emily Stokes, Boston, on verso, and marked "Copyright 1902" in lower right corner of photo. Minor smudging to mount, but the photo is lovely. It was taken while Miss Keller was a student at Radcliffe College, from which she graduated in 1904.
