Begin," commemorating UN/Geneva Definitive Issue Series of 1970, 3½ x 6½", highly decorative with embossed pictures of both UN headquarters and a vibrant red commemorative stamp, dated September 22, 1970, postmarked Administration of United Nations, Genève. Begin has signed Fine condition.
