1923-S. NGC graded MS-64 RB. Lots of mint red. Expanding on this, perhaps we should call it outstanding copper red color that beams across radiant, near-gem surfaces. Nothing like the general run of 1923-S Cents of this caliber, the strike is thoroughly convincing in all places, even where some weakness is usually found at some of the wheat kernels. Pop 56; 21 finer, 1 in 64+, 20 in 65 (PCGS # 2548) .
