1816 N-2 R1. PCGS graded AU-58. Glossy dark olive brown with underlying mint luster covering the fields and protected areas. No notable defects, just a hint of friction on the highest points. M-LDS with the usual rim cud breaks on the obverse and the reverse rotated about 30 degrees CW. Almost certainly from the Randall Hoard. Called MS60 by Del Bland. Our grade is consistent with the PCGS grade. The attribution and Ralls provenance are noted on the PCGS label (PCGS # 36526) .

From the Dr. Philip W. Ralls collection.
