Partly-printed document signed as Governor of Pennsylvania, vellum, 20½ x 11¼ in., Philadelphia, June 4, 1806. A land grant in Dauphin County of a tract of land called Crooked Creek to a man named Christian Rock. Some toning and minor foxing, but an attractive document. Estimated Value $300 - 400
