1969, Apollo 9 FLOWN CM Accordion Grommet. This accordion grommet (2.25 dimeter) covered the bottom section of the Apollo 9 Command Module "Transition Contoller Handle." The controller was used as part of the flight control systems of the spacecraft and was removed along with this grommet after the flight. Includes handwritten and signed COA from consigor noting that this grommet was attached to the "Joy Stick" and that he was given the grommet in 1969. Estimated Value $350 - 500
