Anonymous. Pair of Antique Chinese Reverse Paintings on Glass. Circa 1920. The scenes depicted are as follows:
a. Two women washing a baby in a basin
b. Two children hiding behind a boulder watching a lady with a sword perform; a pony on a pole is behind.
The story depicted probably comes from the legend of Mulan or Mu Guiying. Beautiful rich colors and well executed. Each framed to an overall size of 25" x 17½". Estimated Value $1,000 - 1,500
