Interesting Quintet of 1936 Olympic Memorabilia. 1) Circular tray in brass, 4.75" in diameter, having an embossed Olympic bell in center. Once silver plated, the plating now almost completely worn. 2) Small souvenir penknife, 5" long opened, one side with color image of a runner; marked "Germany" with spouting whale maker mark. Good condition. 3) Empty cigarette tin for "Olympia" cigs; very worn with damage. 4) Group of over 330 cigarette cards of the type used for albums so popular at this period. There are 39 pcs. of 4.75" x 6.75" pictures and the balance are 4.75" x 3.25". Mostly b/with with several in handsome color, captions on reverse. A superb photographic account of the games in period images. Excellent condition. in original maling box from "Cigaretten Bilderdienst" postmarked 16 June 1937. 5) Small red embossed oval gummed seal, 1.25" high, gum disturbed. 5 pcs.
