Program for Official Pairing and Starting times Fifth Annual Rancho Santa Fe $3,000 Pro-Amateur Golf Tournament, Sponsored by Bing Crosby, signed in pencil on the cover by Horton Smith (1908-63), the first man to win the Masters Tournament (1934) and Ben Hogan (1912-97), winner of nine professional golf championships and one of only five golfers to have won all four major championships. Johnny Weissmuller (1904-79), the Olympic Gold swimmer and actor who first played Tarzan was attending the tournament and he also signed the cover. Estimated Value $400 - 600
