1937 Goudey Thum Movie - Base Ball Series - Paul Waner of the Pittsburgh Pirates. 24 2x3" pages showing Paul "Big Poison" Waner slamming a triple. The Goudey Thum Movies (R342) baseball card set was released in 1937 by The Goudey Gum Co., Boston. Thirteen players were featured and Paul Waner was #10 in the series. Kids were encouraged to buy the whole series to "see how the Big Leaguers do it"; the players seemed to be moving as the pages were thumbed through. Light toning else fine. Estimated Value $250 - 350
