Choctaw & Chickasaw Nations Allottment Patent. Partly-printed document signed by Green McCurtain, Principal Chief of the Chocteau Nation, on Dec. 13, 1905, and by Douglas H. Johnston, Governor of the Chickasaw Nation, on Dec. 28, 1905. Countersigned by U. S. Secretary of the Interior Ethan A. Hitchcock. The document allots 160 acres to Andrew C. Bullard, "Choctaw by intermarriage." With bright orange seals of the Choctaw and Chickasaw Nations at lower left. Docketed and recored on Mar. 17, 1906, and again in Haskell County, Oklahoma, July 21, 1908 (Oklahoma became a state on Nov. 16, 1907). Age toning, else fine. Estimated Value $150 - 200
