(1861-65) US Civil War Patriotic Token Fuld 390/434a NGC graded MS65 Red & Brown. Highly lustrous bluish steel brown and chocolate with a third of the original mint red showing. A beautiful example of a relatively common variety. The only defect is a shallow planchet flake on the 1 in the center of the obverse, as struck. The "I-O-U 1 Cent/United States Copper" variety.
