1794 S-43 R2 NGC graded Fine Details, Corroded. Sharpness F12 on the obverse and a bit weaker on the reverse. The obverse is covered with minor roughness while the reverse displays moderate roughness. No verdigris or contact marks. Rather glossy chocolate and olive brown with lighter brown toning on the obverse highpoints. The date is strong and the legends are complete, although some of the letters on the reverse are weakened by the roughness. MDS, Breen state III, showing die cracks on both sides. Our grade is net G5+. The attribution is noted on the NGC/NCS label. Estimated Value $300-UP
