Miscellaneous, 1969, "12th Annual Goddard Memorial Dinner" Program (7x11") The front page of this program reads: "To Mitch" and is signed by Barry Goldwater and Thomas J. Heyden, Jr. The program lists the consignor as being awarded the Robert H. Goddard Historical Essay Award at the dinner, presented by Dr. Wernher von Braun, for his essay "Development of the Lifesaving Rocket". An important award that has not been publicized all that much. Unusual and interesting. Ex. the Mitchell Sharpe Estate collection.
