ASTP, 1975, "DKS" Personalized ASTP Crew Patch (5"). This heavily embroidered A-B Emblem patch has an oval sticker attached to the reverse that reads: "Made in USA by A-B Emblem Corp., Weaverville, NC" This patch was made specifically for Deke Slayton with his initials incorporated, in gold, into the design at the bottom of the design. A limited number of similar patches were made for each of rhe American crew members of the flight. This patch is in its original clear plastic envelope as originally received by Slayton.
