Deke Slayton's Key to the City of San Francisco., The key was presented to "Donald Slayton" on October 17, 1975. It measures 9 1/4 " long and is rather heavy. The key is engraved on the head to Slayton along with the mayor’s signature. On the opposite side is the city’s official seal. It was manufactured by "SCHLAGE". A very nice display item – definitely one of a kind. Ex. the Astronaut Donald K. "Deke" Estate Collection.
