1914, $5 Federal Reserve Note. Cleveland. PCGS Very Good 10 Apparent. Fr-856. Rust stains, primarily located in the margins on the back, are cited as the reason for the Apparent grade. Despite the level of circulation this nicely margined note sustained, it faces up well.
