1899, $2 Silver Certificates. Non-Mule and Mule Pair. PCGS Very Fine 20 Apparent and Fine 12 Apparent. Fr-258. . KL-139. Examples of both the non-Mule and Mule varieties of Fr. 258 are included in this lot. Both notes were assigned Apparent grades, with the reason for the non-Mule example being a missing lower right corner and pinholes were cited as the reason for the Mule example. The ornate central design features Washington flanked by Mechanics and Agriculture. Lot of 2 notes.
