1802 S-236 R1 VG10. Glossy medium chocolate brown. No roughness or verdigris, only minor contact marks, mostly in the field behind the portrait. A light rim bruise left of the lower end of the hair ribbon and a small planchet void in the field above the upper end of that ribbon plus some faint scratches around ONE CENT are the notable marks. LDS, Breen state IX. The reverse die is extensively cracked and there is a strong cud break connecting ST to the rim.
