1783 Washington & Independence Draped Bust Cent Breen-1193 AU55. This is the Taylor restrike struck in London circa 1860. It has a center-grained edge device that distinguishes it from the original strikes. Mint state sharpness but there are a couple small patches of microscopic carbon on both sides. Lustrous chocolate brown with very faded mint color showing in protected areas on both sides.
