Lot 430
1786 New Jersey Maris 21-P Rarity-5 VG10. Slightly sharper but covered with very fine roughness on all but the highpoints. No verdigris, but there are traces of glue or wax residue on both sides. No contact marks. Dark chocolate brown and steel with lighter brown toning on the highpoints. The date and legends are complete and easily readable. Weight 130.2 grains.
