(1672-1694) London Elephant Halfpenny Breen-186. PCGS graded AU-53. Choice glossy chocolate and steel with slightly lighter brown toning in protected areas. No defects, just very light friction on the highpoints. A premium example of the "Thick" variety without diagonals in the center of the shield. See page 44 of the "Redbook."
