Heraclius, 610-641. Gold Solidus (4.50 g) minted at Constantinople. Facing busts of Heraclius and Heraclius Constantine. Reverse: Cross potent on three steps; in right field, small pellet. D.O. 13; S. 738. Well struck on a nice, full flan. Lustrous and boldly struck. Virtually Mint State.

Raised lines on reverse are from natural die breaks.
