Augustus, 27 BC-AD 14. AR Denarius minted in Colonia Patricia, 19 BC. Bare head right of young Augustus. Reverse: Round shield inscribed CL. V; to left, legionary eagle; to right, military standard. Sear 1633; RSC 265; RIC 86a. Toned. Semicircular banker's mark below chin of Augustus and a few minor die breaks. Nearly Extremely Fine.
