Faustus Cornelius Sulla, moneyer. AR Denarius minted at Rome, 56 BC. Diademed, draped bust right of Diana; above, crescent; behind, lituus. Reverse: L. Cornelius Sulla seated left, between King Bocchus of Mauretania kneeling right, presenting olive branch, and King Jugurtha of Numidia kneeling left, hands bound behind his back. Sear 383; Cornelia 59; Craw. 426/1. Light iridescent tone. Scratch and die break on obverse. Choice Very Fine.
