1914-D. PCGS graded MS-65. Lovely golden toning. This is a nearly blemish-free case in point of the early D-mint Saint in this grade: sleek gold in color, with mint bloom that grabs hold of the full effect of the careful preservation since it was made. Need we remind bidders that a weak impression was rarely left by the rebound of the dies that usually struck this issue, all are quite well made; that being said, in the present case, the coin shows outstanding detail and a clear, bold strike.
