1869, 50¢ Fractional Currency. Fourth Issue, Lincoln portrait. PCGS About New 50. Fr-1374. . KL-3343. Although the centering is typical for the issue, the colors and inks are bold and bright. A couple of insignificant paper pulls likely prevented the PPQ designation as the paper appears otherwise problem-free and fully original.
