1864, 50¢ Fractional Currency. Third Issue, green reverse, obverse with "1" and "a". PCGS New 61. Fr-1340. . KL-3292. Although the top margin is cut slightly into the design and there are a couple of unobtrusive toning spots, the paper is on balance quite bright and the bronzing is delightfully bold and original.
