1864, 10¢ Fractional Currency Narrow Margin Specimen Pair. Third Issue, red reverse. Face and Back Specimens PCGS Choice. Fr-1251. . KL-3258. A well-matched pair that retains nice eye appeal overall. The Apparent grade was assigned to the Face Specimen due to a missing lower right corner tip. Minor mounting remnants from a Shield on back led to the Apparent grade for the Back Specimen.
