Pennsylvania Apr. 10, 1777 in Red and Black 16s. PCGS Fine 12 Apparent. Serial number 400 is seen on this example of the more desirable red and black notes. The signatures of Kenly and Betterton remain clearly visible. An internal split was cited as the reason for the Apparent grade.
