1873 No Arrows Closed 3. NGC graded Proof 65 Cameo. A toned sparkling gem of the optimum quality for this actively collected No Motto Seated Liberty design. Intense mirror luster blends effortlessly with golden, lavender and silvery-blue highlights on the original surfaces, not many of which possess both a high technical grade and pleasing cameo contrast. Given the grade, as expected, the surfaces are impeccably preserved, displaying no objectionable features. Only 600 minted. Pop 8; 6 finer (PCGS # 6431) .
