1918 Illinois Half Dollar. NGC graded MS-67. One of the finest graded by NGC, with just 20 graded this high by that service and 2 graded higher. Deep blue toning on the obverse, with an off-center spot of russet tones centered on Lincoln's ear. The reverse toning is more centered, and we would guess that this coin stayed in a coin holder for many years to develop the deep colors seen here. Well struck and free of all but infinitesimal marks.
