Lot 1913

1893 Isabella Quarter Dollar. ANACS graded MS-65. This coin is graced by lovely antique blue and gold toning around the periphery, with frosty luster in the fields on both sides. Fully struck by the dies, and extremely well preserved. As a gem, this important Commemorative quarter is truly desirable, few are found this nice, most were mishandled over the decades by careless owners. Back in 1893 there weren't many collectors around to preserve such a piece, and most were sold to attendees of the Exposition. If you have been searching for a gem example that boasts gorgeous toning, then bid high on this lot.
Estimated Value $1,250 - 1,500.

Realized $1,725
